Photo Magentaplus will be referred to as PM in the following text.


1 Summary of Service

To provide professional wedding photography services as per booking form

2 Working Hours and Additional Costs

Extra hours can be agreed at the time of booking or on arrival in Cyprus.


3 Booking and Payment Terms
Your booking will remain provisional until we receive your completed booking form and pre-agreed booking fee. You will then receive written confirmation.
The date will remain in our diary for up to 2 weeks from the date of your provisional booking.  If we haven’t received any communication from you, your booking fee and completed booking form, then PM reserves the right to release the date.

4 Date, Time and Venue Confirmation
If for any reason the date, time or venue is changed you must inform PM as soon as possible.  If you arrive in Cyprus and PM have not been informed of changes, then we will not be held responsible if we cannot provide services for the new date and time. If PM is not available for the new date we will however endeavour to source alternative photographer/s on your behalf. No booking fees will be refunded.


Full final balance payment for the agreed services provided by PM will be made by the client/s either via BACS International Transfer a week before the wedding or at a pre-wedding meeting. A booking fee (non-refundable) is required with all bookings to secure the date in the diary. This will be deducted from the balance of your chosen package.

5 Photographic Coverage

PM will provide coverage for the date and location/s as per your booking.

Additional travel or coverage hours may be added by agreement prior to the date or at a pre-wedding meeting.

Every reasonable effort will be made to take requested pictures, but no specific pose or photograph can be promised.  PM is ‘not responsible’ for compromised coverage due to causes beyond his control such as other people’s cameras or flash, the lateness of the start of the ceremony, weather conditions, schedule complications, changes to original times, or restrictions at the venue/s.
Wedding guests may take photos but it is not recommended during the ceremony. It is the responsibility of the client to prevent family and friends holding up/delaying, getting in the way or refusing to have photos taken when requested and preventing PM from performing his duties.

Group Photos
We recommend you put together a short list for your group photos of the different combinations using their names and allocate a guest to co-ordinate the list on the day. These will be done just after, signing of the register and a confetti shot. Its the usual combinations starting with closest family, parents, sisters, brothers, bridesmaids and then friends, all men, all ladies, all together. We ask for this as there can be step parents, or no parents so names are better rather than us calling out relationships as it can be sensitive sometimes.
Its very helpful both for yourselves so you don’t have to think about this on the day, helps everything run smoothly and it can be difficult for PM to hold a list along with the cameras. It also it speeds things up especially when it can be very warm and guests are wanting to freshen up.


6 Images and Processing/Printing
All digital images are supplied in a high-resolution format. No images under any circumstances are supplied in a 'raw' unedited format to a client. Limited colour correction and/or retouching are including in the packages, but the client may request further changes for an additional charge. Further editing of any images is only permitted by PM.
PM are not responsible for any prints that are not ordered directly from him.  For clients with high-resolution files they should order their prints through a reputable developing and processing laboratory. You have up to 2 years from the date of your wedding to choose images for your wedding album.  We cannot promise after this time to have available any wedding album that was included and paid for by you in your package.  We may or may not be able to offer an alternative which may result in a cost increase i.e. change of wedding album supplier and additional shipping costs. 


7 Responsibilities

Unless agreed upon in advance PM shall be the exclusive photographer retained for the event.  PM may bring a second assistant professional photographer depending on number of guests and wedding day schedule.


8 USB/Gallery Downloads
Upon receipt of a photo USB/gallery downloads the client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. PM will archive image files for up to a maximum of 1 year following the event.  PM is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any media you have used for your images. Any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to access images provided.  It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required.


9 Illness
In the unlikely event that PM becomes too ill to photograph the planned event PM will transfer your booking to replacement photographer/s to cover the event.  There maybe a change in package/price depending on the photographer available.
